We offer a range of shipping options including standard and express post, courier services, air freight and sea freight.

Orders are usually dispatched within one business day from our Melbourne warehouse. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once the shipment has left our facility.

To ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery, we may occasionally ship your order using an alternative carrier or method that provides an equal or better level of service. Orders placed with free shipping will be sent using the most economical carrier available at the time of dispatch.

Heavy or Bulky Deliveries

Large or heavy items are delivered by standard truck and may require a forklift for unloading.

If a forklift is not available at the delivery location, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange a tail-lift truck. Additional charges may apply.

Delivery Requirements

A street address and contact phone number are required for all shipments. We recommend delivering to an address attended during business hours.

Most shipments are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). If a parcel is left at an unattended address, responsibility for the item rests with the buyer.

You may also collect your order from our warehouse in Dandenong South, or arrange your own freight using our Click & Collect service.

60 Day Returns and Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence. If there is a problem with your order, we will work quickly to make it right.

For defective products, incorrect products sent by us, and for products lost or damaged in transit we will offer a full refund or a free replacement. For all other returns, including change of mind we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days for a refund or an exchange.

Faulty, Incorrect or Damaged Items

If a product is defective, incorrectly supplied by us, or lost or damaged during transit, we will provide your choice of a full refund (including return shipping where applicable) or a free replacement.

Change of Mind Returns

For all other returns — including change of mind or incorrect items ordered — we offer a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) provided the item:

  • Has not been used
  • Is returned in clean, saleable condition
  • Is in the original packaging
  • Includes all tags, labels and accessories

Return Conditions

Refunds or replacements may be declined if the returned item has been cut, altered, or damaged after delivery, or if it is damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

2 Year Warranty

This product comes with a 2 year warranty provided by the Australian manufacturer, Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We also offer a limited, non-transferable warranty against manufacturing defects.

If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, provided it has been used only for its intended purpose.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accessories
  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised modification

If you believe your product is defective, stop using it immediately and return it with:

Clearflex CVT

Clear Vinyl Tubing 3-12 mm

Clearflex® CVT clear plastic tubing is a food grade tube suitable for transfer of air, water, and some petrochemicals at low pressure. It is ideal for use in food and beverage contact applications, aquariums, siphon lines, cable protection, drainage lines as well as low-pressure general-purpose delivery.

This low-toxic, non-tainting, clear vinyl tube is made from food grade polyvinyl chloride (PVC) compound that conforms to AS 2070 standard. It is highly flexible, light weight and comes with clear walls that enables easy identification of blockages or foreign objects. The smooth interior and exterior minimize residue build-up and makes it resistant to contamination.

Clearflex CVT is available in 3 mm - 50 mm inner diameter sizes and 15 m - 100 m lengths depending on the size. All tubes come with a 2 year warranty provided by the manufacturer, Esdan Plastics.
