In all instances you must contact us within 60 days of the date of purchase with details of your claim. Refunds or replacements may be denied if the product returned has been cut, altered or otherwise damaged after delivery or damaged during the return shipping process.
Depending on the nature of the claim we may ask you to submit evidence such as photographs or return the product to us. Once we have reviewed the evidence or returned product and have verified the defect or error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund of the original purchase price and shipping costs. Depending on the circumstances, we may also refund the return shipping costs incurred by you.
Claims for defective products made after 60 days of purchase will be processed according to the applicable manufacturer warranty.
