Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We also offer a limited, non-transferable, warranty against manufacturing defects in our garden hoses. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any defects that occur within 1 year from the date of purchase, when used for planting small plants in a domestic environment. Any other use, including use in a commercial or industrial environment, will void this warranty.
The above warranty does not cover wear and tear, fittings, accessories, packaging and any defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or unauthorised modification. It also does not cover purchasers other than 'consumers' as defined by the Australian Consumer Law.
In the event of a defect, you must immediately cease using the product, and return it, together with proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect, to: Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd, 525-527 Hammond Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. All costs associated with the return of the hose are your responsibility.
The benefits provided to you by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the law.

We offer free standard courier shipping for deliveries made to selected postcodes in Australia. Alternative shipping options such as express post are also available at extra cost. We also ship to international destinations covered by Australia Post and reputed courier companies.
We may ship your order using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.
We aim to dispatch orders within one business day. All products are dispatched directly from warehouses in Australia.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Shipping times quoted at checkout are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by a given date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.
We recommend that all purchases be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours. Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave' and those that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds or replacements may be declined if the product returned has been cut, altered or otherwise damaged after delivery, or damaged during the return shipping process due to poor packaging.
