Shipping

Shipping options are displayed in cart and checkout pages, and vary depending on the product purchased and the delivery address. Transit times and delivery days quoted are estimates only. While we usually ship orders within one business day, we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse in Melbourne.

We offer free standard courier shipping for deliveries made to selected Australian postcodes for most products. Discounted shipping rates are avalialable to many others areas that do not qualify for free shipping. Alternative shipping options such as express post are also available at extra cost. We also ship to international destinations covered by Australia Post and reputed courier companies.

We may ship your order using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.

Heavy or bulky items are delivered using a standard truck and may require a forklift to unload at the destination. If you do not have access to a forklift, please advise us so that we can organize delivery in a tail-lift truck. Extra charges may apply for this service. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any special delivery requirements.

A street address and a contact phone number is required for all shipments. We recommend that all purchases be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours. Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave' and those that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer.

You can also pick up your order from our warehouse in Dandenong South, or use your own freight for shipping utilizing our click & collect service.

Returns

If you are not happy with a product purchased from our store, you can return it to us for a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase.

For defective products, incorrect products sent by us, and for products lost or damaged in transit we offer a full refund (plus your return shipping costs, if applicable), or free replacement if you prefer.

For all other returns, including change of mind and incorrects products ordered by you, we will refund the purchase price, less our original shipping cost, provided the product is not used, and returned in a clean, saleable condition in original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories.

In all instances you must contact us within 60 days of the date of purchase with details of your claim. Refunds or replacements may be declined if the product returned has been cut, altered or otherwise damaged after delivery, or damaged during the return shipping process due to poor packaging.

5 Year Warranty

This product comes with a 5 year warranty provided by the Australian manufacturer, Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We also offer a limited, non-transferable, warranty against manufacturing defects in this product. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any manufacturing defects that appear within the period of warranty from the date of purchase, provided it has been used solely for its intended purpose. This warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, accessories and any defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification of the product.

In the event of a defect, you must immediately cease using the product, and return it, together with proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect to: Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd, 525-527 Hammond Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. Costs associated with the return of the product will be your responsibility.
