Description

The RC5000 wash down reel is designed for marine use with stainless steel and brass fittings. It has a protective case for the food grade hose, preventing trip hazards and contamination. The corrosion-free polypropylene case is durable and UV protected. An adjustable brass marine spray is available to complete the set, and it can be easily mounted on marina supply bollards. The hose is reinforced for potable water, but not for fuel.

We offer a wide range of shipping services including regular and express post, multiple courier services, air freight and sea freight.

Transit times and delivery days quoted are estimates only. While we usually ship orders within one business day, we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse in Melbourne.

We may ship your order using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.

Heavy or bulky items are delivered using a standard truck and may require a forklift to unload at the destination. If you do not have access to a forklift, please advise us so that we can organize delivery in a tail-lift truck. Extra charges may apply for this service. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any special delivery requirements.

A street address and a contact phone number is required for all shipments. We recommend that all purchases be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours. Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave' and those that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer.

You can also pick up your order from our warehouse in Dandenong South, or use your own freight for shipping utilizing our click & collect service.
Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days for a refund or an exchange.

For defective products, incorrect products sent by us, and for products lost or damaged in transit we offer a full refund or a free replacement. For all other returns, including change of mind we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

2 Year Warranty

This product comes with a 2 year warranty provided by the Australian manufacturer, Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We also offer a limited, non-transferable, warranty against manufacturing defects in this product. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any manufacturing defects that appear within the period of warranty from the date of purchase, provided it has been used solely for its intended purpose. This warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, accessories and any defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification of the product.

In the event of a defect, please stop using the product, and return it, together with proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect to: Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd, 525-527 Hammond Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. Costs associated with the return of the product will be your responsibility.

Marine Hose Reel

The RC5000 wash down reel is made for the marine environment. Stainless steel and brass fittings ensures best results with the all enclosing case protecting the food grade hose line when not in use. Avoid trip hazards with  loose water hose lines and protect your water supply from contamination by using the RC5000 food grade hose for filling on-board water tanks. Corrosion free high impact and UV protected polypropylene case and bracket makes for a good choice all round. Optional adjustable Brass Marine spray available to complete the set. Can be easily mounted onto Marina amenity supply bollards. Blue and white case matches a majority of bollard colours.

The hose is a reinforced pressure hose is suitable for applications such as potable water. Suitable for a broad range of domestic uses. It is not suitable, nor is the construction of the reels for fuel. CMP is ideally suited for marine, recreational, agricultural & other industries
