We offer a 60 day money back guarantee on all products other than special order products marked as 'No Returns', subject to the following terms.

Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries

Depending on the nature of the claim we may ask you to submit evidence such as photographs or return the product to us. Once we have reviewed the evidence or returned product and have verified the defect or error, we will provide a free replacement or full refund of the original purchase price and shipping costs. Depending on the circumstances, we may also refund the return shipping costs incurred by you.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind after purchasing a product, we will provide an exchange or refund the purchase price (excluding our shipping costs), provided the product is not used, and returned in a clean, saleable condition in original packaging with all tags, labels and accessories. Return shipping costs and shipping costs of replacement products are payable by you.

Products Lost or Damaged in Transit

We will offer a full refund or a free replacement at our sole discretion for products that are lost or damaged in transit provided you choose Express Parcel Post, Domestic Freight or International Freight as shipping method. Goods in transit insurance cover is not included with Standard Parcel Post and Free Shipping.

In all instances you must contact us within 30 days of the date of purchase with details of your claim. Refunds or replacements may be denied if the product returned has been cut, altered or otherwise damaged after delivery or damaged during the return shipping process.
