Description

Aquaflex Dairy is an easy to handle flexible, smooth washdown hose ideal for dairy washdown applications. It has a braided PVC construction and up to 145 PSI working pressure. It is made in Australia and comes with 2 Year warranty. Available in 12 mm to 38 mm inner diameter sizes and 20 to 100 metre lengths.

We offer a wide range of shipping services including regular and express post, multiple courier services, air freight and sea freight.

Transit times and delivery days quoted are estimates only. While we usually ship orders within one business day, we can't guarantee delivery by a specific date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse in Melbourne.

We may ship your order using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.

Heavy or bulky items are delivered using a standard truck and may require a forklift to unload at the destination. If you do not have access to a forklift, please advise us so that we can organize delivery in a tail-lift truck. Extra charges may apply for this service. Please contact us before purchasing if you have any special delivery requirements.

A street address and a contact phone number is required for all shipments. We recommend that all purchases be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours. Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave' and those that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer.

You can also pick up your order from our warehouse in Dandenong South, or use your own freight for shipping utilizing our click & collect service.
Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 60 days for a refund or an exchange.

For defective products, incorrect products sent by us, and for products lost or damaged in transit we offer a full refund or a free replacement. For all other returns, including change of mind we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

2 Year Warranty

This product comes with a 2 year warranty provided by the Australian manufacturer, Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd.

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We also offer a limited, non-transferable, warranty against manufacturing defects in this product. We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any manufacturing defects that appear within the period of warranty from the date of purchase, provided it has been used solely for its intended purpose. This warranty doesn't cover wear and tear, accessories and any defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or unauthorized modification of the product.

In the event of a defect, please stop using the product, and return it, together with proof of purchase and an explanation of the defect to: Esdan Plastics Pty Ltd, 525-527 Hammond Road, Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. Costs associated with the return of the product will be your responsibility.

Dairy Washdown Hose

Aquaflex® WD100 dairy washdown hose is a smooth, easy to handle flexible washdown hose ideal for dairy wash down applications. This durable braided water hose is specifically designed for use in the dairy industry. It is also suitable for most other wash down applications in nurseries, golf courses and paper mills.

This braided PVC hose is made from PVC inner and outer layers and reinforced by a layer of polyester yarn. It provides up to 145 PSI working Pressure @23°C, depending on size and has a distinctive blue stripe for high visibility.

Aquaflex® WD100 is made in Australia by Esdan Plastics, and comes with a 2 year manufacturer warranty. It is available in 12 mm, 19 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm and 38 mm inner diameter sizes and 20 m - 100 m lengths depending on size.
