We offer free standard courier shipping for deliveries made to selected postcodes in Australia. Alternative shipping options such as express post are also available at extra cost. We also ship to international destinations covered by Australia Post and reputed courier companies.
We may ship your order using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.
We aim to dispatch orders within one business day. All products are dispatched directly from warehouses in Australia.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Shipping times quoted at checkout are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by a given date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.
We recommend that all purchases be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours. Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave' and those that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer.

We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any manufacturing defects that appear within the period of warranty from the date of purchase, provided the product has been used solely for its intended purpose.
This warranty does not cover wear and tear, accessories, packaging and any defects caused by accident, misuse, improper installation or unauthorised modification of the product. It also does not cover purchasers other than 'consumers' as defined by the Australian Consumer Law.

All costs associated with the return of the hose are your responsibility.
