Shipping options available vary depending on the destination and the products purchased. The choices available to you will be displayed in shipping cart and the checkout page.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard courier shipping for deliveries made to selected post codes in Australia for most of our products. Post codes eligible for free shipping are located in capital cities of Eastern states and some regional centres.
Discounted Shipping Rates
Discounted shipping rates are available for products delivered to Perth and some regional locations that do not qualify for free shipping. These rates are identified as Shipping Band A - H at checkout.
Real-time Shipping Rates
Real-time shipping rates from Australia Post and courier companies are available for all other destinations. You can also choose these services even if your order qualifies or free or discounted shipping (e.g. to receive faster delivery via Express Post).
Use Your Own Freight
You can also use your own freight for shipping utilizing our click & collect service.
Local Pickup
You can pick up your order from our warehouse in south eastern Melbourne using our click & collect service.
International Shipping
We ship world-wide using Australia post and reputed courier companies. We can also organize sea freight or air freight for heavy or bulky items upon request.

We aim to dispatch orders within one business day. All products are dispatched directly from warehouses in Australia.
Transit Times
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Shipping times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by a given date, as the shipment will be out of our control once it leaves our warehouse.
Other Shipping Terms
A street address and a contact phone number is required for all shipments.
We may ship products using alternative carriers or shipping methods that provide a better or equal level of service to the one you have chosen. If you choose free shipping or discounted shipping at checkout, your order will be shipped using the cheapest carrier service available at the time of dispatch.
We recommend that all purchases be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours. Shipments are usually marked with 'Authority To Leave' and those that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the buyer.
Heavy or bulky items are delivered using a standard truck and may require a forklift to unload at the destination. If you do not have access to a forklift, please advise us so that we can organize delivery in a tail-lift truck. Extra charges may apply for this service.

If you are not happy with a product purchased from our store, you can return it to us for a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase.
For defective products, incorrect products sent by us, and for products lost or damaged in transit we will offer a full refund (or free replacement if you prefer). For all other returns, including change of mind and incorrects products ordered by you, we will refund the purchase price, less our original shipping cost.
Refunds or replacements may be declined if the product returned has been cut, altered or otherwise damaged after delivery, or damaged during the return shipping process due to poor packaging.
